🎓 Foundation Delivery & Learning Design | Early in my career, I focused on program delivery, teaching, and learning design. This helped me understand how people build skills, use knowledge, and improve performance in real situations.

🌐Scaling | Platforms & Enablement | As my responsibilities grew, I led digital platforms and enablement systems that supported tens of thousands of users. My focus moved from delivery to understanding how platforms, content, and support work together to improve performance at scale.

🏢Enterprise | Transformation & Governance | Today, my work is centred on enterprise transformation. I align platform strategy, workforce capability, and governance models with organizational goals. I make sure that the transformation is not only put in place, but also adopted and maintained over time.

🧠Ongoing | AI & Workforce Transformation | More recently, I’ve focused on AI-enabled transformation and workforce capability, with an emphasis on governance, responsible adoption, and integrating AI into real organizational workflows.
