SELECTION OF CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Oversaw multiple migrations to new Learning Management Systems affecting up to 2,000 faculty and 30,000 students.

Secured a two-year, $80,000 grant through HEQCO, focusing on Navigating the AI Frontier: The Faculty Development Journey with AI in Post-Secondary Education.

Co-developed and co-led the 10 Step Build initiative, which transitioned the college’s traditional face-to-face courses to digital offerings and provided faculty training in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Served as the project lead, guiding multiple online course development teams through the entire lifecycle, from planning and development to testing, auditing, and deployment, for over 100 online/hybrid diploma and degree courses.

LEADERSHIP & STRATEGY

Built and led teams of up to 40+ staff using a leadership model based on trust, empowerment and inclusivity.

Managed budgets and financial responsibilities transparently, meeting goals while optimizing costs.

FACULTY STAFF & DEVELOPMENT

Designed and led workshops and training programs in digital literacy, instructional design, and technology adoption.
